Is This Happiness? is a collection of paintings inspired by contemporary life and the evolution of casual communication.

For example; the people we associate with and how they contribute to our own personal identity and growth, our superstitions, customs, and beliefs and how we rely on our experiences which are gained through our ability to interact and engage with one another. Also investigated in Is This Happiness is our desire for authenticity in life… Our desire for tastes, for routines and of course our attitudes.

A-Z of Unusual Words is an exciting exhibition of 26 graphic works by design and illustration studio The Project Twins.

They use bold graphics and visual wit to interpret and represent a collection of strange,unusual and lost words. These images explore the meaning behind the words, which are sometimes even more strange or unusual.

MadArt Gallery is proud to present a fantastic visually surreal show of posterized images of Ancient Art.

Art from ancient history is found in many parts of the world and from various cultures, but in many cases having similar themes. In Ireland the earliest and most impressive examples are found in the Boyne Valley of Co Meath at sites such as Newgrange and Knowth, which contains the largest number.

By adapting the traditional domestic crafts of crochet and stitching we have created a combined exhibition of contemporary multimedia and textile artworks. The works incorporate the use of discarded objects and materials bringing these objects back into focus while evoking the invisible threads that connect us with our past.

This is a collection of large scale works focusing on the theme of homelessness in Ireland. It emphasises the fact that people seem to look at the homeless as nothing more than annoyances or part of the city furniture and not as people. We walk by them everyday without flinching.
